A CLWR prayer for the Eleventh Sunday after Pentecost

Eleventh Sunday of Pentecost

We give you thanks, O God, that Jesus is the Bread of life; that whoever comes to him will never hunger, and whoever believes in him will never thirst.

For those who hunger and thirst, and for those who have enough – we ask for this Bread in our lives, so that we all might live in you.

Thank you for the unity that we share with all people in Christ, in whose name we pray. Amen.

Thanks to Rev. Aaron N. Schnell, of St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Spruce Grove, AB, for contributing CLWR’s prayer for the eleventh Sunday after Pentecost.
